What kind of wax does Goose Creek use in their candles?
We use a premium paraffin wax and soy wax blends, specifically formulated to provide a clean, long-lasting burn and the strongest possible fragrance throw.
How long will my order take to ship?
Standard orders typically process within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your scent! If you are not satisfied, you may return unlit candles within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Please contact our support team to initiate a return label.
Are Goose Creek candles safe for pets?
Yes, our candles are safe for households with pets when used as directed. We use lead-free cotton wicks and our fragrances are non-toxic and IFRA compliant.
How can I prevent my candle from tunneling?
To ensure an even burn, always allow the wax to melt across the entire surface to the edges of the jar during the first light. This usually takes 2-3 hours.
Do you offer international shipping?
