Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Candles
Carefully repackage your unused candles in their original box with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us safely and without breakage.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
